Lansford also highlighted the uniqueness of the granite she found at Jackson Stoneworks, saying she searched other stores and was not able to locate it. She also found it notable that the countertop was cut from a whole slab, which is a resource that is not available at many stores.
After her template was ready, she was able to be apart of the experience and watch as it is being laid out. She recalled that as a customer, this made her feel special that her product was highly personalized for her kitchen. Lansford loved the cohesiveness and professionalism of the Jackson Stoneworks team. Because of the team's unison from the design aspect, to the templates, to
the installment Lansford had no need to utilize anyone other than Jackson Stoneworks. It was a one stop shop experience which she found to be extremely rare and enjoyable.
